Most guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, poor service, and safety concerns. However, several reviewers appreciated the hotel's convenient location near downtown, venues, and public transport, as well as its affordable price. A few guests mentioned friendly staff and new flooring, but these positives were overshadowed by the negative experiences reported by the majority.AI-generated from customer reviews
