Some rooms offer beautiful views, and a few staff members are described as friendly and helpful. However, there are frequent complaints about the hotel’s location, which is difficult to access due to steep hills and distance from public transport or restaurants. Overall, the hotel’s amenities and some aspects of the service are appreciated, but accessibility and consistency in service and cleanliness need improvement.
