Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's prime location near the beach, restaurants, and attractions. Some reviewers highlighted friendly and helpful staff, especially at reception and in the spa. However, many guests were disappointed with service quality, citing unhelpful or inattentive staff, language barriers, and slow responses to requests. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some rooms well-maintained and others not cleaned properly. Noise was a significant issue for many, with loud music from the pool, rooftop, or nearby bars disrupting sleep. Breakfast quality and variety were often criticized, though a few guests enjoyed it. Overall, while the location is a major strength, improvements in service, noise insulation, and breakfast are needed.
