The rooms are small, the refrigerator didn't work, the shower didn't drain well and water went all throughout the bathroom floor, which would've leaked into the room if I didn't stop it with a towel. In addition, they got our room mixed up with our friend's room and gave us the smaller room while charging us for the larger room, along with charging us for their room as well.
