Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing major attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and professionalism, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. Cleanliness was consistently highlighted, with many describing the rooms as spotless and well-maintained. The breakfast also received positive feedback for its quality and variety. However, some guests noted that the rooms were on the smaller side, and a few mentioned issues with air conditioning or room amenities.
