Pros:For the most part the hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was friendly. No real issues and it was what we expected for the price and location.
Cons:You need to put down a deposit for the TV remote. They provide only 2 towels in a room for 4 people. The doors could be a bit more secure with the use of key cards and deadbolts instead of regular keys that can be copied and a chain latch.
Pros:Free parking. Housekeeping Cheap and by cheap I mean in every aspect of it. (you'll pay for it)
Cons:Internet service in rooms never works. Before booking we specifically asked them if internet was reliable due to the fact that we had business and needed the internet, They lied, it never work. The only option they offered was come down to the lobby and that one didn't worked either. The Manager told us no refund or compensation was at hand because the internet was offered as a plus service and not as part of the room. I showed them the add they have were they offer room internet access, they just said they would change the add. Not even a sincere apology. Just the rudest personnel I have to deal with. Worst customer service. Never acknowledged costumers unless you walk to their faces. No greeting at all never heard a, good morning, afternoon or evening. General manager promise to move us to another room, but he never came through. I ask for a refund so I could move to another hotel, they made it impossible. Toll them I would write a review, they just said go ahead we don't care. Hotel bed Sheets had stains and the cover had holes. Mattress is similar to block of concrete. No elevator and no one even asks to help with your luggage. Have to pay for gym and restaurant room service doesn't let you charge it to the room. They ask for a 200 peso deposit for TV remote or otherwise you have to change the TV manually on the TV itself. No hair dryer or irons available. Ohhh! If you are a light sleeper. Take into consideration that if some closes a door in the hallway your door will rattle. So all night you'll feel someone is trying to break into your room.
