Cons: There was an annoying grumpy woman at the 'Red' restaurant who was very rude and insisted on speaking to us in Polish while demanding our access cards as though we were trying to steal a free meal! The rest of the staff were very polite and went out of their way to make our stay a pleasurable one though.

7.1 Good
Pros: I liked the location and the staff at the reception on the day of our arrival. The room was cosy and clean.
Cons: I didn´t like the fact that on one day we arrived 10 minutes late for our dinner and we were refused to be served although we paid for it. We were really dissapointed. The services in the hotel were not cheap and so the overall feeling we had from the stay was somewhat low.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What an amazing stay!! Everything was perfect from the first moment till the moment we left. A beautiful modern hotel which is so welcoming to both families with kids and, like in our case, a couple with a dog. Delicious and various cuisine fulfilled our expectations. I have to mention an outstanding and helpful staff! A big thanks to the director of the hotel Mrs Lukas, such a kind host, who made us feel like home. We appreciated the wellness zone, the bar and all the facilities that the hotel offers. We will come back for sure :-)
9.2 Excellent
Cons: No hooks on the walls. Had to put all clothes etc on the floor! The hotel is not suitable for sporting people. I e skiing, bicycling, etc. No way to dry wet clothes! Perfect hotel for people passing by on a longer travel just staying overnight.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice food on breakfast and evening buffets, with reasonable choice Nice rooms Friendly staff all round
Cons: Half board option bit annoying as evening meal only avaliable from 4pm to 6pm!!! Also safe in room not attached to any thing....I could of pick it up and left with it!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, not great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.
Cons: The keycard did not work in the room to activate the electricity. We had to fiddle with it in the slot holder a lot to get it to work. The bathroom was in need of some updates but was clean and functional.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: We spent there five days, it was full of spoilt children, who always ran up and down on the corridors, especially in the evenings (after 10o'clock) and also in the mornings. There were also barking dogs in the hotel, so there wasn't any night when we could sleep well. The water was cold in the jakuzzi. The hotel staff speaks only polish, even the receptionist couldn't speak english or german. The dinner.. it was tasteless, we could choose from 4menu, but once something happened in the kitchen, they were out of the meat and we weren't offered any other kind of meal. The room was small, we didn't have enough space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. All the staff we met were helpful and we were impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant..
Cons: We thought the hotel was in the countryside and were surprised that it was right next to the road. It would have been nice to have something to drink provded in our room and some outdoor seats apart from the restaurant terrace where we felt we must buy a drink.
7.2 Good
Pros: The standard of acommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: An organised group stayed in the hotel when we visited. It was disappointing to find that a disco had been organised in the main restaurant on Saturday night which meant that dining facilities were only available as room service. The hotel's only bar was also located in this restaurant and consists of six bar stools.
6.4 Good
Pros: Nice people, nice place, near the river Wisla
Cons: restaurant closes friday night before 22:00
