Pros: Great, tasty Breakfast with polish specialities. Sauna and Jacuzzi for private use (charged extra). Super quiet location. 15 Minutes walk to the city center.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very tasty food at the restaurant, every day a unique, freshly prepared day menu, we loved it. Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from, the room was very clean, the hotel's atmosphere very nice and cozy, the staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, friendly, with much attention to detail and taking care of us. We also liked the SPA with the treatments. Very good WiFi.
Cons: Cannot think of anything special. We found maybe the breakfast a bit too late for us, but then it is really up to personal preferences of the people. The Jacuzzi was OK, but we found the small sauna better. We really liked everything during our stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly - there was a girl at the bar & restaurant so friendly (don`t know her name, but she was blonde :D ) and so welcoming. Outside they have like a small terrace where is very pleasant to have breakfast, coffee or a drink. Excellent stay!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast. Beautiful surroundings. Wonderful pools and saunas.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast has good choices. Nice aquarium with very large fish. Reasonably priced parking (30 zloty).
Cons: When we walked into the room it was FREEZING. It took a good hour to warm the room up to a temperature where we could take off our jackets. Woke up the next morning with a runny nose and soar throat :( Cleaning - The bathroom had a bunch of dead flies on the floor. Restaurant - nice lady serving, but clearly she was under the weather with the flu and shouldn’t have been working especially serving food. Food was good. No complaints. Aqua park - ugh... in need of renovations. It’s a shame because it has huge potential just really needs to be renovated & kept clean. Hallways - soon as we opened the door of our room it smelled of domestos (cleaning product for toilet bowls). At 589 zloty per night it’s VERY EXPENSIVE so an absolutely terrible value. We planned to stay 3 nights, (booked only 1 to see what was offered before deciding to stay longer) and we left after that first night.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: My partner was disappointed with the massage. The hotel should not have such differences in the quality of the masseurs. It cost 180 Zl/ per person. I was very satisfied / my masseur was woman/, but my partner's masseurs / man/ did not massage well, he couldn´t push his back. Masseur sniffs off his legs even though it was a whole classic body massage. We can find much better massages at a much lower price somevere out off spa hotel Golebiewski.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast & dinner, nice spa facilities, comfortable bed, clean quiet room with balcony.
Cons: The facility is worn out a bit already. In our case the lock in the door connecting our two rooms was damaged. Parking extra charged ...
6.7 Good
Cons: The staff of the bar seams to be more interested in chatting with eachother, then when they don't listen to the order properly, they act like they would work in a Michelin Restaurant, polish people are just not made for hospitality

Cons: Lack of pool within facility But all spa sauna and massages made up for it (mostly ;) )
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful view from the room Good wi-fi
Cons: The room was quite dark During my last night there was a large group of loud men walking and shouting at the corridor and even knocking several times at my door. Seems like the staff didn't react.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: from walking into reception all the staff were really friendly and all reception staff spoke English to a very high standard. Our room was huge and very comfortable with a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony, we even watched deer in the garden in the mornings. The breakfast was amazing and we had dinner of the day in the evening in the lounge bar which was really good value. The hotel is on the start of the yellow walking route which goes up the mountain ,perfect for walkers .There is two walking routes from the town centre back to the hotel and now it is dark nights follow the street Listopad as this has street lights on , its a little further to walk but safer on the pavement.
Cons: We had a really lovely stay , I could only say maybe a kettle could have been put in each room and 2 cups
6.3 Good
Pros: Location; Customer service was nice
Cons: Room was not fully equipped - no dryer, fridge and kettle; Bathroom looked like in a hospital; Breakfast was not really fresh;

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel, nice breakfast, clean rooms with comfy beds, nice little spa area. Try the massage! It was great!
Cons: High % of the staff does not speak English but they are still helpful!
7.1 Good
Cons: The matresses are uncomfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the facilities of this 3*hotel are as you may expect
Cons: the 3-rd bed (unforlded sofa) in 2-bed apartment was very uncomfortable to sleep for adult person. The cuisine corner was a bit to small and crowded, could be re-designed easily
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It always was a very pleasant hotel (I remember it as "Mercure Wisla" yet). Nice rooms, great breakfast, quiet and welcoming atmosphere. This, luckily, still has remained. When visiting Wisla from time to time, we always like to stay there.
Cons: Rooms have been equipped with new beds. Now, in the double beds, mattresses are not fixed to the bed at all. So, when used, they tend to slide there and there. Unpleasant. But this is my only objection to the hotel's superb quality in its category.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice food on breakfast and evening buffets, with reasonable choice Nice rooms Friendly staff all round
Cons: Half board option bit annoying as evening meal only avaliable from 4pm to 6pm!!! Also safe in room not attached to any thing....I could of pick it up and left with it!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good. Very clean and cozy rooms. Soft bed and good size pillows. Helpful staff. Very good breakfast. The price included welcoming drink.
Cons: Maybe too much noise from the street.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good, not great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was helpful and kind.
Cons: The keycard did not work in the room to activate the electricity. We had to fiddle with it in the slot holder a lot to get it to work. The bathroom was in need of some updates but was clean and functional.
4.2 Okay
Pros: * Spacious car park. * Water in rooms refilled every day. Tea & kettle in room. * Pool table, conference rooms, children playgrounds. Polite staff, however they cannot do anything at all.
Cons: * Terribly noisy room - sounds of every single neighbour and facility (lift, water pumps, air fans in toilets, children running through corridor etc.); * Awful breakfast - cheapest products from Biedronka, the lowest category of coffee - totally not drinkable. * Double bed was in fact 2 separate beds and mattresses with hard plank between them. You cannot cuddle! * Wellness & SPA zone is absolute rubbish: cloak room with some metal wardrobes but only one of them had key and therefore could be closed, Finnish sauna was out of order, steam room has no water outlet to clean the benches before and after usage. The facility is open from 4pm to 8pm. The place is overcrowded and it is almost impossible to book any of wellness services.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location of the hotel in a quiet area. Easy access by car. A small, but sufficient for two, a room with amenities such as a kettle, mineral water. From the window of the room a good view for the mountains, parking, which I rate as very well organized on the premises and free. At breakfast a very large selection, everything was fresh and tasty. Very good at the Reception. 3 Stars Plus!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Room was pleasant and tastefully equipped, bed was comfortable with extremely comfy fresh linen. Breakfasts are the best!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and modern. All the staff we met were helpful and we were impressed by the quality of the food in the restaurant..
Cons: We thought the hotel was in the countryside and were surprised that it was right next to the road. It would have been nice to have something to drink provded in our room and some outdoor seats apart from the restaurant terrace where we felt we must buy a drink.
7.2 Good
Pros: The standard of acommodation was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
Cons: An organised group stayed in the hotel when we visited. It was disappointing to find that a disco had been organised in the main restaurant on Saturday night which meant that dining facilities were only available as room service. The hotel's only bar was also located in this restaurant and consists of six bar stools.
6.4 Good
Pros: Nice people, nice place, near the river Wisla
Cons: restaurant closes friday night before 22:00

7.1 Good
Pros: SPA mostly.
Cons: Restaurant and bar had little to offer. Breakfast was so so. Nothing special really... The room was clean of course, but I expected nicer bathroom interior. And they didn’t take care of the snow on the road up to the hotel.
7.9 Good
Pros: The only problem was with external barbecue, the smoke extract was bloked and our close stunk for a week....
Cons: Taxi driver which hotel use is absolutly ripp off...arrived with already meter turn on with 12 zl on and with the night rate on durring the day. Also arogant and rude. To the centre we paid 27 zl - other taxis were between 14-18 zl.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: great location near the center of city, wellness, clean room, rich breakfast
Cons: not much comfortable bed
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff ,great location, great breakfast and spa!
Cons: Location not 300 meters from center like advertised. Spa times not convenient (16.00-20.00),
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, very close to town centre yet quiet. Rooms very clean and nicely decorated. Good spa area. Restaurant serves delicious meals and breakfast is acceptable.
Cons: Water in the spa pool was not very fresh and the saunas were not ready (we've hired the spa area outside opening hours).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Food was good . Service was good.
Cons: We had to ask for pillow- covers...?. Bed was ok but plastic sheets didn't feel ok. Too strong parfym in room for allergic- persons like us..
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet place (I stayed off peak, however it got busier on friday evening), location was great, close enough to everything. Would recommend!
Cons: TV signal is very weal at times ( or no signal) but thats a minor issue as you are not there to watch tv all the times
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice place for a short stay. The hotel is located a bit outside of the town center in a quiet road so you don’t get much traffic noises. Our room was facing the parking and the main entrance so it was really loud at times though. On the positive side: the windows are well sealed so they block most of the noise when closed. The restaurant is so so but good enough if you’re too lazy to drive to town. The spa area is rather small (two small steam rooms and a hot tub) and we couldn’t get any other massage than the relaxation one as the masseur was on holidays (which we’ve learned only in the massage room) but altogether we’ve had a pleasant stay at a fair price.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast!!!
5.8 Okay
Pros: Large bedroom and bathroom. Nice spa facilities: sauna, steam and Jacuzzi pool. Very good breakfast including fresh rolls and bread, hot food, cold plates and salads.
Cons: Uncomfortable beds, poor customer service, the restaurant staff is shockingly bad, we only ate at the hotel restaurant once for this reason. Breakfast was ok because it was self service. Lack of bathroom shelf or some type of storage for cosmetics, we had to keep them on the parapet over the toilet seat-not ideal!

Pros: Very good breakfast, superb location
Cons: restaurant: if you are without half board, a very poor variety of dishes, menu just in polish and personnel from the restaurant is not understanding and speaking english, dishes for dinner a little bit expensive and not very good in quality
7.9 Good
Pros: All was ok. Good bed. Spacious room. Reasonable breakfast. Good coffee. Very good location near slopes.
Cons: Can be noisy in the room: paper thin walls and doors. One has to be lucky that the neighbours are quiet. I could hear the conversation in the next room.

7.5 Good
Pros: We chose an economy room as we stayed just one night- it was OKish. Quite good breafast. Swimming pool included in the price. It was not a great one, but good enough for a dip. Quite close to the center.
Cons: Rooms are more like you are going on a school trip. The place does not look like it's well taken care off. Swimminpool is fairly small. The whirlpool is not what one would expect- looks dirty and not welcoming.
7.1 Good
Pros: Dogs are welcome here, breakfast is quite good, lot of variety. It is close to main areas of interes. Nigth shift stuff was nice. No issue with late arrival. Even being a party hotel, they put us in a room far from the party place, so no nigth disturbances.
Cons: Water in swimming pool was quite cold. The swimming can be booked by groups so you cannot use at all times. Swimming pool opening hours are very limited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great place for relax and calm !!! Polish traditional breakfast. Very nice staff :-) lovely place
