Pros (+) The room was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The air conditioner worked well and the owners were nice. Good value.
Cons (-) The property is run down and a bit junky around the pool and office. The location is close to the road and in a bit of a run down section of town. Some of the guests seemed to be long term.
