Summary of reviews

Guests say
The majority of guests were dissatisfied with their stay, citing extremely poor cleanliness throughout the hotel, including dirty rooms, bad odors, stained bedding, and unwashed sheets. Many also complained about unhelpful or rude staff, with some mentioning issues of safety and unprofessional behavior. Additional concerns included noise disturbances, broken or outdated furnishings, and a generally unpleasant atmosphere. Only a few positive remarks were made about location, renovated rooms, or bed comfort, but these were rare compared to the overwhelmingly negative feedback.
