The hotel is great, however the prices for any food and beverage is really high so we had to limit our spend.

Great hotel, but pricey parking and extremely loud (though they do provide ear plugs)
Spacious room, very friendly staff, excellent value for money.
Pros (+) Swanky comfortable & clean, great rooftop pool area
Cons (-) Expensive parking, would’ve liked it to be included in the room rate quote.

Cons (-) Penthouse is deceiving. It is the top floor, but compared to the lower floors there are NO floor to ceiling windows and you lose about four feet of room space as there is an odd overhang outside the penthouse level.
Pros (+) Put simply, this is a dumpy hotel with cheap face lifts to the rooms...you are paying for one thing and one thing only, the address of "Sunset Blvd" It's way over priced for the cool factor you actually receive. Cons (-) Rooms were outdated and looked used... not fresh. So much potential.
Pros (+) Rooftop pool can't be beat, nice rooms, awesome staff, great location. Great time!
Cons (-) Switched rooms because we had a room next to the elevator, where you can hear the elevator swooshing up and down all day & night. They were great about switching rooms and now we know to request not to have a room ending in "01" on our next visit.
