Pros (+) We were upgraded to suites. They made sure to keep our three rooms together. Two were adjoining. The staff was fabulous!
Cons (-) The "hot water" in the breakfast room was room temp., but that's about it! Everything else was good. Plus, we had a coffee maker in the room, so we could get hot water for tea there.

Pros (+) I liked the smaller feel of the hotel. The pool seems like a focal point in the building, with the design/ layout of hotel. My kids loved the pool and hot tub. I love the dome with windows.
Cons (-) The pool water was a little cool for me. The hot tub didn't have bubbles.

Pros (+) Liked that the hotel was located right off the highway as we were just stopping to sleep on our travels further north. The staff was friendly, and we did take advantage of the pool. Liked that there was a Texas Roadhouse within the parking lot. We did not take advantage of the breakfast, so I can't rate that. Overall, it was a good value for the price.
Cons (-) The stairway to the 2nd floor smelled bad, but we didn't have that once we got to the room. While the sheets were definitely clean, one of the sheets did have a stain on the second bed.
