Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and access to transportation. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness. Cleanliness was mentioned with mixed feedback: while some found rooms and bathrooms clean, others noted issues like stains, odors, and insufficient cleaning. Accessibility was a recurring concern, as the lack of an elevator and air conditioning was repeatedly criticized, especially for guests with heavy luggage or during hot weather. Bed comfort and room size received neutral comments, with some finding them adequate and others less satisfied. Overall, the location and service were the most positively highlighted aspects.
