A single elevator for the entire hotel. The elevator was extremely sketchy would shake when it would reach your floor. According to Yelp this has been an on going issue for over a year now and nothing has been done to fix it.

Pros (+) Walk ability - super clean - spacious
Cons (-) Very noisy & slow elevator. Toilet seat not secure in the room or even in the lobby. Breakfast removed and/or empty before it was time to be over. Staff at front desk did nothing to get bathroom in room repaired during our six day stay. Told to try other floors and find a working ice machine - tried 3 floors before finding a working unit. Pros (+) The staff here is so friendly, and will go out of their way to ensure your stay is top notch. They provided us with a list of restaurants in the area, and what their favorites were, and answered all my questions. Room set up was nice too, when my daughter went to sleep, I went into the separate sitting area where there is a second t.v. So I didn't wake her up. Good value for what you get and close...
Cons (-) The only downside to this Hotel is there is no pool or spa. We had to go to the Hampton Inn up the freeway. But it was zero hassle from the staff there to use their pool area.
