Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Verona and nearby attractions. The breakfast was frequently highlighted for its variety and quality, including gluten-free options. However, several guests were disappointed by small room sizes, issues with parking availability, and some aspects of service, such as unfriendly staff or confusing check-in procedures. There were also occasional complaints about noise, maintenance, and the separation of rooms or breakfast areas from the main building. Despite these drawbacks, many found the hotel clean and appreciated the air conditioning and overall value for the location.
