Location.
No air conditioning. Couldn't sit on toilet without hitting shower. Mould on blanket.

Great staff and attitude. In the complex Old Town of Verona, a hotel staff member even accompanied us to show the parking space, which is always difficult in Italian cities. Good breakfast and great location. Interesting rooms.

Amazing location Great newly refurbished rooms and bathroom - spacious and bright + comfy beds
The breakfast room is cramped and not replenished well - no plates or cups and limited food. I’d advise booking no breakfast if possible and wandering up into the city to find a nice spot instead
