Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's exceptional beachfront location and the friendliness of some staff, especially housekeeping. However, there were frequent complaints about poor maintenance, lack of hot water in bathrooms, cleanliness issues in some areas, and a repetitive or insufficient breakfast. Service was inconsistent, with some guests struggling to find staff when needed. Despite these drawbacks, the location and direct beach access were consistently highlighted as major positives.
