Newly renovated in 2022, the largest suite room located on the top floor has master bedroom, living/dining room and lounge room. One of the oldest traditional ryokans (Japanese style inn) in Kinosaki Onsen, Kobayashiya is located in the central part of town and offers Japanese-style accommodations with classical architecture and interiors, and Japan's legendary hospitality. The building of Kobayashiya is famous for its architecture of a three-story wooden construction with traditional construction methods. All suites offer both heating and air-conditioning facilities
