Location is very good. Just a block away from Union station. And a bridge away from CN tower and aquarium.
Room is not as clean as expected. A little bit dusty.

- 12pm checkout was exceptional and always a main reason for staying. - Lovely woman at the desk checking us in was friendly and professional, informed us of construction and when the noise would be over, etc - Late night room service was convenient - Close/Good location within 10min walking of Scotia bank arena - Self parking -Pillows and bedding were great, especially for those with neck/back problems like my guest
- Room booked through third party website clearly stated hotel would not fully charge card until check in day yet I was charged in full mere days after booking the room. I would understand putting a hold to confirm credit card however being fully charged when the booking website says otherwise was not impressive, expected, professional, reliable, or discerning. - Room service menu mostly over priced - Obstructed views, lots of construction, traffic can be horrible in area
