Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near metro stations and popular areas like Ginza and Tokyo Station. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and several guests highlighted the comfort of the beds. However, many reviews noted that the rooms are quite small, which is typical for Tokyo but may be inconvenient for travelers with a lot of luggage.
