Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for travel and city access. Many found the staff courteous, attentive, and helpful, though some reviews highlighted issues with front desk hospitality and operational coordination. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with several guests noting clean rooms while others pointed out lapses in housekeeping. Value for money was questioned by a few guests, who felt the hotel did not meet five-star standards or was overpriced for the services provided. Breakfast and amenities were generally appreciated, but some guests experienced problems with breakfast billing or availability. Overall, the hotel is recognized for its location and friendly staff, but could improve in service consistency and operational efficiency.
