Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews of this hotel are highly polarized. Many guests complain about poor cleanliness, with repeated mentions of dirty rooms, old or soiled linens, and unclean bathrooms. Room size is also a common issue, with several guests finding the rooms small and cramped. However, some guests praise the friendly and helpful staff, good service, and decent value for money, especially for short business stays or those seeking budget accommodation. Overall, while service is a highlight for some, cleanliness and room conditions are significant concerns.
