Pros (+) Upon a rival they had gotten our reservation incorrect. When we gave the staff a chance to make it right they were apologetic, and gave us a much nicer room with no extra charge. The facility itself was very upscale... for Terre Haute standards anyway.
Cons (-) They let the college kids park their cars in their lot when they go out to the bars. Despite several signs they do not tow non guests. My wife and I went out to a wedding and came back around midnight completely exhausted. But the lot had filled up, the Hilton lot across the way had filled up, and we had to park a block and a half away in a parking garage. I cold only imagine making that trek with...
