Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central and accessible location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. However, many reviews express dissatisfaction with the service, citing rude or unhelpful staff and issues during check-in and check-out. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests describing rooms as old, poorly maintained, or not thoroughly cleaned. Opinions on breakfast are mixed, with some appreciating the options and others finding it disappointing or lacking variety. Room size receives criticism, with some guests finding the rooms small or not as expected, though a few mention spacious accommodations. Overall, while the location is a strong positive, improvements are needed in service, cleanliness, and room quality.
