Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests repeatedly praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as the service provided. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast, with many finding it lacking in quality, variety, or freshness. Cleanliness and bed comfort received mixed feedback, with some guests noting clean rooms and comfortable beds, while others mentioned issues like stained linens or hard mattresses. Overall, the service stands out as a positive aspect, but improvements are needed in breakfast and consistency in cleanliness and comfort.
