Breakfast team most are amazing some awful. So overall ‘average’. Concierge said they would charge my EV overnight. Unfortunately they failed to do so, had 20% enough to get to the airport. The Duty Manager was good enough to refund the charge & parking amounts. Was informed that only Tesla’s can be charged
