I had a disappointing stay at Hilton. Customer service was poor – no one answered the phone when I needed assistance. The bathroom lacked basic essentials like shampoo and body wash. To make matters worse, they charged my credit card extra without any notice or authorization. Definitely not the experience I expected.

Pros (+) The room wasn't bad, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good, but not included.
Cons (-) The location wasn't what I had expected. Our reservation was until Friday, but they told us it was only until Thursday onThursday. After we packed everything up and loaded the car because they said no rooms were available, they realized their mistake and put us in another room. It was a big hassle for us. Comping breakfast the next day didn't make up for it.
