Pros: The location is excellent. The pool area is quite nice and the hot tub was open even though it was January. Facilities are all around very nice.

Pros: The view is spectacular. Great pool, breakfast and rooms that are clean, comfortable, and have all the necessary amenities. WiFi worked GREAT! The TV's are in top shape and have a huge selection of programming options. The front desk folks are #1!

Pros: - Location is excellent, as close as you can get to the park entrance as possible, and with a grocery store, restaurant, and gear shop in the same plaza. - Staff was friendly and accommodating upon check-in, the woman who checked us in also provided a map of Springdale and recommendations for restaurants. - Good parking, and we found the laundry facilities lovely after a few days of sweaty, muddy hiking. - Room included a small fridge - We did not make use of the pool and hot tub, but looked well-kept

Pros: Love this place! Second hotel in from the Zion entrance so once you are parked, rarely used the car. Convenient walking to restaurants, park, etc. Great staff, beautiful grounds and facilities.

Pros: This lodge is right outside the gate to Zion National Park, so you can walk right in without taking a shuttle.

Pros: Situated in center of main street through Springdale and very convenient for visiting Zion NP - park entrance is 1 mile away, and shuttle stop is in front of hotel. Lovely pool to relax after long day of hiking with a striking view of the surrounding scenery. New building always a plus. Complimentary breakfast, wifi, and parking made it a great value. They also allowed late check out to 12pm free and until 2 pm for $20 additional ($10/hr after noon) - we were able to squeeze in a morning hike, a splash in the pool and a quick shower before packing up and checking out.

Pros: This hotel is in a beautiful setting at the entrance to Zion National Park. You can see the towering cliffs of Zion Canyon from nearly everywhere on the property. The rooms were clean & comfortable and the grounds are very inviting although we were there in February and the pool was closed. Nice breakfast buffet included.

Pros: This place is clean, comfortable, and friendly. They have a pool, gym, hot tub, free wifi, free parking, and free breakfast. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's a great, clean, reasonably priced place to stay for a trip to southern Utah!

Pros: Room was tidy and comfortable. Large bathroom. Patio off the back with a great view of the park. No breakfast, but Keurig and fridge, and they offer a $6 voucher that was good for a tasty meal at Oscar's. Good value for the $.

Pros: Had a refrigerator and microwave. The bed was comfortable and it had a large bathroom. Hotel was close to the park. The room was large.

Pros: We expected a typical 3 star hotel, but this was a step above with beautiful rooms and both a tub and walk in shower, and a stunning porch view. It was on the edge of town, easy walking to shops and galleries.

Pros: Loved the room and location, quick and easy walk to Zion National Park. Room was updated, clean and well appointed. Breakfast was very good.

Pros: The grounds were nice and we experienced a deer and her 2 fawns roaming the grounds which was nice.

Pros: I was extremely pleased with Cliffrose. We stayed in a suite, which was quite spacious (650 Sq ft). Even the bathroom was huge. The rooms and kitchen were spotless. The front of the suite was glass so the sunlight really came in once you drew the blinds. There were two outdoor heated pools nearby that we definitely made good use of. And deer are allowed to roam freely, so we petted a few on the way back inside.

Pros: I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The located was excellent. The park gate was maybe 100 feet away. We had only booked 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days. The land scape is all around you, breathtaking. The food in Springdale was fabulous. Try Oscars, Wiptail Grill, and the best steak I have ever had was at Switchback Grille.. The rooms were so clean, beds were so comfortable. Everything was perfect. We were surprised that there was a continental breakfast as well. If I could give Any advise if would be to rent Dry pants from Zion Adventure company and bike the Hollows. This was the highlight of our trip. Again, breathtaking!!

Pros: The bathroom was cold and the handle for the shower was not very User friendly. The bed was super comfortable. We were disappointed to find out that there was no restaurant operating. They told us that it had not been in operation for the last two months. . At least they had a nice coffee machine and juice machine in the reception area. But that didn't open till 8 o'clock in the morning, and we had planned to leave a little earlier than that. It's a very good location for those wanting to travel into Zion.

Pros: The place is older, for sure, and not as "boutique" as some of the inns and B&B's. It's not modern like some of there chains, either. But I loved it. It was relatively inexpensive compared to any other place available (and months before our trip to Zion hotel rooms were hard to come by) -- staying near Zion isn't going to be cheap. The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were super clean and the view when we walked out the door was gorgeous.
