My room was on the ground floor. The sliding glass door that led to the parking lot was broken. It wouldn't actually lock. I had to fix it myself with a few tools I carry in the truck. The carpets were stained and "sticky". The key card system sucks. I was locked out of my room 3 times. Apparently if your room key touches any other electrical object it loses its magnet. This hotel would be perfect if they stepped up the game of cleanliness. It's an older hotel but rooms need to be cleaned better. We got in really late at night. It was 3am and we were exhausted. Found a hair on the pillow and several on the sheet that goes over the comforter. This sheet seemed like a hair magnet. I would suggest 100% cotton sheets for this. Positives : Reception staff lovely, location great and overall a fair price Negatives: Could be cleaner throughout. Sink in room not clean,(I cleaned it) jets in bath did not work, huge cobweb between curtains & ceiling. No shower gel but you get the mini soap . Pros (+) The bed and pillows were great. The bath was a super welcome surprise.
Cons (-) I did not enjoy the breakfast. I was confused by the only jellies available being orange marmalade and apple cinnamon, neither of which are standard Nelly selections.

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of good places to eat nearby as well as being close to the airport for those 6:00 AM flights.

Cons (-) They say that the airport shuttle is available 24/7, but although it runs 24/7, they don't always have available seats. We had to take a 4:15am shuttle instead of the 4:45am shuttle we wanted. So not only did we have to hang around the airport longer than we'd hoped, but we had to wake up at 3:30 am.
