Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent breakfast, convenient location near the University of Notre Dame, and the friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the spacious and clean rooms, as well as thoughtful touches like refreshments in the lobby. However, several guests were disappointed by the frequent elevator issues, occasional maintenance problems in bathrooms, and some aging facilities. Overall, the positive experiences with breakfast, service, and location stood out the most.
