Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciate the hotel's very central location, making it convenient for exploring the area and accessing shops and restaurants. The breakfast is frequently mentioned as good or plentiful, and some guests enjoy the nostalgic or traditional style of the hotel. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, with several reviews mentioning worn furniture, stained carpets, and rooms in need of renovation. Room size and comfort, especially for families or groups, are also noted as issues, with some rooms described as too small or the beds uncomfortable. Service receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding the staff friendly and helpful, while others report unhelpful or unfriendly experiences. Overall, the positives are the location and breakfast, but improvements are needed in cleanliness, room quality, and consistency of service.
