Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many highlighting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The service received positive remarks, especially for the friendly and helpful staff, with several guests mentioning staff members by name. Cleanliness and breakfast were also appreciated, with rooms described as clean and breakfast offerings varied and tasty. However, noise levels were a common complaint, particularly in rooms facing the street or located on lower floors, and some guests noted maintenance issues and outdated facilities.
