Pros (+) The rooms are still gorgeous, large and very comfortable. They are beautifully designed and a real joy to stay in.
Cons (-) It's been a while since I have stayed at the PUDI. I used to be a regular. Management has obviously changed and it's not at all what it used to be. The staff used to be so well trained and such a pleasure to interact with. What happened?
