Pros (+) The room smelled of mold. It was the AC filter, I washed it and it did improve the air quality, but there was still a residual smell of mold. The owners need to be educated in hotel management and cleanliness standards. The carpet and furnishings are very worn.
Cons (-) The window lock was broken, with just a piece propped in the channel to block attempts to open, which didn't make me feel safe. The door looked like it wasn't closed completely and could be easily kicked open.
