There renovating, construction starts at 7am. A hotel 7am, unbelievable. Then at 8:30 they start mowing and blowing. Morning front desk staff, rude and uncaring

Cons (-) Only complaint: We were told by the front desk staff that there was a complimentary continental breakfast when in fact there was a limited breakfast buffet that cost $20 for adults and $14 for children.

Pros (+) Restaurant was good, hosts were nice, heated pool was great on a cold night. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) It was directly on the airstrip at the airport so it was very noisy particularly in the early morning.

Pros (+) The staff was courteous and helpful. The room service was quick.
Cons (-) The chair in the room was not safe at all. It was an older office chair. My wife and daughter almost fell from it. Secondly, there was no microwave which is marginal acceptable. Lastly, there was no mat for the bathtub while taking a shower. The tub was so slippery that anyone can fall easily in the shower.
