Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful service, and enjoyable pool area. The restaurant and food quality received many positive mentions, with several guests highlighting the variety and freshness of meals. Cleanliness feedback was mixed: while some found the rooms and facilities very clean, others noted issues with housekeeping and cleanliness in certain areas. Noise from music and traffic, as well as some dissatisfaction with breakfast and air conditioning, were reported by a few guests.
