Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially for those visiting Texas State University, and some mentioned the rooms were spacious and clean. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including reports of bugs, mold, and general lack of upkeep. Service was mixed, with some guests finding staff friendly and helpful, while others experienced unprofessional or inattentive service. Breakfast offerings were generally considered lacking in variety and quality. Overall, the location and some aspects of room comfort were positives, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
