Pros (+) We stayed there three nights. We parked our car the first day I didn’t use it again. That was a great plus. It is close to several of the Muni lines and we found it easy to get around. Although the Motel is old they keep it reasonably clean. The continental breakfast consists of a roll and coffee or juice.

Pros (+) Location was central to SF
Cons (-) Do you want shoddy construction or cold showers? Look no further. Very old musty smell almost everywhere. The places that weren't, actually smelled like a used diaper- no exaggeration. The lid to the toilet tank was not even the same size as the toilet bowl leaving it to be half balanced and look incredibly sloppy. Cons (-) No air conditioning was a bit rough on a hot day but it cooled off enough by evening to not be an issue.
