Pros (+) The fact that everything was just a walk away from the hotel. Staff was very helpful
Pros (+) Staff were very nice and welcoming. Good views at the back of the hotel of the Bay Bridge.
Cons (-) We were in room211 opposite the life so very noisey at times. No real natural light in the room as the windows faced into an internal small square to the roof which also had noise from ducting. The pillows on the bed smelt and we asked for them to be changed, plus as there were only three we requested a fourth pillow. The pillows were changed but still only three and a second request for the fourt...
