We live very near this place and are familiar with its history. When Hurricane Helene destroyed most of our homes this was one of several hotels we used. Rooms are nicely decorated, clean, nicely furnished. Staff was great! Because of our circumstances we were unable to enjoy the hotel’s facilities and features but plan to return. The facility was cozy and historic. We loved the historical preservations of this grand hotel. The staff was friendly and accomodating. Our room was spacious and updated.
