Pros (+) Free water and coffee. Big beds
Cons (-) On arrival, they gave me a cheaper room for the same price and said they would give me a "better room" (the one I had actually booked) two days before leaving. They have done it more times as some reviews say. Basically tricked me. Not a single towel changed in 6 nights. Found 2 cockroaches. Not a single toiletry was given except for toilet paper... No "view" from the window, as they advertise it....

Pros (+) Extremely nice and friendly staff, they were great. Room was perfect, very clean and nicely decorated. Location was good for getting around. A stones throw from the Ostiense station and other transportation. About a 30 minute walk to the Coliseum if you're into that type of tourism. Some cafes and restaurants in the vicinity. Good window with solid shutters. Everything worked in the room. Comes wi...
Cons (-) Wifi worked okay first day, but didn't work at all for remainder of stay, very frustrating. Breakfast was quite disappointing, two options: corn flakes or a packaged brioche. We ended up skipping this after our first morning. Air conditioning had a very unpleasant smell, needs to be cleaned. Shower drain was clogged, had to shut water off occasionally for it to drain out.
