Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access major attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, professionalism, and helpfulness. Many guests enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as delightful and well-stocked, though a few noted limited variety. Cleanliness was also appreciated, with rooms and facilities kept tidy. However, several guests found the rooms to be smaller than expected, and some mentioned issues with value for price, noise, or elevator size. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for location, service, and breakfast.

Wonderful
Randall, Jun 2024
The location was perfect for our needs, the staff was wonderful. We arrived very early and the staff moved our luggage from storage to our rooms when they became available. Breakfast was very good and we ate dinner in the rooftop restaurant. The ONLY downside was the pillows were not as fluffy as we are accustomed too. Thanks to all at Albergo Ottocento
