Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to access Reykjavik's attractions, shops, and restaurants. Many reviews highlighted the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the quality and variety of the breakfast. Cleanliness was frequently mentioned as a positive aspect, and several guests found the beds comfortable. However, some guests noted that the hotel and rooms felt dated, with issues such as small bathrooms, insufficient blackout curtains, and occasional noise. Parking was sometimes inconvenient or costly, and a few guests experienced minor maintenance issues. Overall, the positives of location, service, breakfast, and cleanliness stood out.
