Pros (+) Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. Great location, close to both tram and bus stops, with a few small restaurants and bars nearby. Small rooms, the only English TV channels were news, but for someone coming to explore Prague, this is a great location! Breakfast was wonderful.
Cons (-) It wasn't mentioned anywhere when we booked the hotel that parking would cost, and that we would need to reserve a parking space. When we arrived, there weren't any spaces available, and we were forced to find other parking space at another hotel down the street. Just a little frustrating, we wished it would have been clear when we booked.
