Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for sightseeing and city exploration. However, a major recurring complaint is the non-functioning elevator, which has caused significant inconvenience, especially for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it while others find it lacking. Service is generally described as neutral, with a few positive mentions of friendly staff but also some negative experiences. Noise from the street and thin walls occasionally disrupt sleep for some guests. Overall, the location stands out as the hotel's strongest asset, while the elevator and some aspects of comfort and service need improvement.AI-generated from customer reviews
