Pros (+) Good breakfast. Nice front desk person and lady who made up our room.

Pros (+) The breakfast was okay. There wasn't a lot of choices. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) The a/c was loud. There was not an option to keep the fan running. So, when the a/c would turn off and on it would wake us up. The hotel was smoke free but I don't know how long it has been that way. We could still smell it. I guess the smell was in the carpet.?

The second day I was there, the "fitness center"(a treadmill, stationary bike and a few hand weights) was closed for maintenance. Lobby was visibly dirty upon entry and smelled funny. Cons (-) The manager this Indian guy was rude. While all the staff was super nice. He seem like he did not like his job. Bob the driver to the airport was very nice and accommodating.
Cons (-) Paid for dual queens and couldn't check in until 6pm since rooms were not ready. Got a single king room not what I booked in advance but was charged and no reply from management. Try somewhere else!!!
Pros (+) We stayed here the night before our flight to the Bahamas. We got in late and hadn't eaten, so the front desk attendant was able to suggest a place to order food. We had a drink in the bar while we waited and service was very good. They also scheduled our shuttle to the airport.
Cons (-) This hotel is in an industrial park and not close to any restaurants. If you're not driving yourself, you have very limited options.
