Was not told how to get to the room nor was I explained anything about my stay other than parking was an extra charge and that wasn’t clear. My room was in need of an update. facility are good location perfect but my only issue its the rude employees reception was rude i ask why its a 200 us deposit if i already pay for my reservation and also show rhe same business credit card no one can explain why 200 deposit on a full pay reservation and i call for room service and say that i have to down stairs for pick up my food ( i kind of room service its this? )
