Pros (+) Common area is large and comfortable, and the staff is extremely pleasant and efficient.
Cons (-) Third floor hallway had an odor that permeated some rooms, and the walls are very thin. Heat was hard to figure out and control. Didn't initially realize master switch was turning off heat.
