“Wonderful host. Breakfast was wonderful”

“An old family house on the way to Peniche. The owner welcomed us over a glass of Port and offered information about the area - places to visit, things to see and where to have dinner. All the rooms are tastefully decorated with antique artefacts, yet facilities are quite modern - a very comfortable bed and good water pressure in shower. Breakfast served in the dining room facing the garden was delicious and truly home made. Swimming pool looks lovely but we didn't have the chance to use it because of the weather.”

The casa itself is beautiful and our room in the garden facing the swimming pool had everything we needed during our stay. We spent a lot of time lounging around the pool when we were not making the short trip to the beach at Baleal. The host gives helpful tips on where to go and where to eat. Really enjoyed this stay and would return if were ever near by.”
