Pros (+) The food in the restaurants and room service was excellent! The room was so comfortable I asked for their supplier of both beds and pillows. The location is in Kanata, a suburb of Ottawa which was where we needed to be. They have opened their doors to the locals to bring their children to play since the recent tornado. It is also in partnership with the Trent Jones Marshes golf course near by. We'...

Pros (+) Arcade pool and gym, and door staff, was excited to have dinner in lounge watching hockey game but a bit of a disappointment
Cons (-) We dont go out much so were very much looking forward to a relaxing dinner. It took over an hour to get 2 appetizers (crab dip and poa platter) while people around us arrived, ordered full mains after us, received meals and ate before we received ours. only explanation was that it was busy but doesn't explain others getting they're meals, same waitress.
