Pros: The staff at this hotel are amazing. They were extremely helpful especially Anna who went out of her way to help us out. We got upgraded to an ocean view when we arrived. The beach is right across the street and the staff help you cross the road. The location is fabulous close to a mall, massages, restaurants, convenience stores.

Cons: They say the hotel has a beach but due to the 19 floor hotel building there is actually no sun at the place where the Intercontinental has their sunbeds and parasols. So is a real bummer to go to the beach in front of Intercontinental as there is no sun. I just took towels there and walked to where there was sun.

Cons: The only thing was the pool water was cold, although when we were there the wind was blowing very hard most days and even with day temperatures at 27'C the water was still cold and when you got out of the pool it was even colder. There wasn't many people using the pool at all.

We being Muslim could not avail much of there meat choices in the breakfast and they tried their best to compensate for that with special dish for us.

Cons: We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment for 15 nights and there is only a very small bar fridge. There is a big balcony with nice views, but no tables or chairs out there. The 3 TVs can only bluetooth music from your phone not movies (not real smart TVs). The cleaners never cleaned our coffee table. There are two hotel lobbies and reception desks, but only one can check you in and check you out (they should both do it). Some elevators did not go to every floor despite swiping the room card (fault with 2 elevators). At breakfast there are queues for everything as there is only one station for everything. Including items that did not require cooked to order. Coffee, juices, cereal, fruit always ran out. The breakfast restaurant is very big to cater for the thousands of guests staying there, so there should be two sections of drinks and food (not cooked to order). I avoided breakfast about 8 out of the 15 nights staying there as it would have been a frustrating start to the day. It is extremely noisy inside the hotel, everywhere due a certain demographic of clientele, whom are also very rude and obnoxious to the staff, other guests and to their own travelling companions. There was also a regular stench of durian penetrating the hotel.

My favourite part of a day was to wake up with the daylight coming through the big window and to see a beautiful landmark (sea and mountains - what could be better!). + breakfast is super-yummy and with a plenty of options: fruits, juices, bakery, cheeses and hams, local soups and snacks, asian-style dishes and so on! Absolutely loved it! We also visited sea buffet on Thursday and it was worth it :) + facilities are great: gym well equipped - don't forget to try sauna and onsen as well! -, decent spa programs (my husband believes that massage was absolutely gorgeous LOL) and rooftop bar with fantastic view on a night city. + 10% discount for extra-services and facilities usage for Bonvoy members :) + very clean and tidy everywhere you look at + it was so sweet and lovely to receive a special Tet gift envelope left by the staff at our door on the the holiday eve =^-^= + the Tet decorations in the lobby were stunning and - OMG - the dragon dance show was just out of this world! It was crazy to see them dancing and strolling in the lobby and the restaurant floor, playing around with the guests. Absolutely amazing! + the staff was the friendliest and the politest EVER! Pros: Really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Nha Trang! My favourite part of a day was to wake up with the daylight coming through the big window and to see a beautiful landmark (sea and mountains - what could be better!). + breakfast is super-yummy and with a plenty of options: fruits, juices, bakery, cheeses and hams, local soups and snacks, asian-style dishes and so on! Absolutely loved it! We also visited sea buffet on Thursday and it was worth it :) + facilities are great: gym well equipped - don't forget to try sauna and onsen as well! -, decent spa programs (my husband believes that massage was absolutely gorgeous LOL) and rooftop bar with fantastic view on a night city. + 10% discount for extra-services and facilities usage for Bonvoy members :) + very clean and tidy everywhere you look at + it was so sweet and lovely to receive a special Tet gift envelope left by the staff at our door on the the holiday eve =^-^= + the Tet decorations in the lobby were stunning and - OMG - the dragon dance show was just out of this world! It was crazy to see them dancing and strolling in the lobby and the restaurant floor, playing around with the guests. Absolutely amazing! + the staff was the friendliest and the politest EVER! No kidding, EVER! + special thanks to Mr. Dzung Pham (David), the executive assistant manager, for being so helpful and always cheering up the mood!
Cons: Somehow water in swimming pool was colder than in the sea! Few days were really windy, so it was not comfortable at all. Can't think of anything else, really.

Cons: The shower wasnt very clean. The window was broken and didnt close properly so it would get hot in the room fast without the AC on. Breakfast buffet was just okay. There's only two real restaurants close by, but La Mancha is VERY tasty which made up for it.

Cons: The rooms given to us after the check-in were not clean. Even the bathrooms were not clean enough. Later on taking up the issue our rooms were changed and we were offered better rooms There are just two lifts in the hotel so you always have to wait for a long time while going up or down. There is construction work going on just next to the hotel, which rules out your choice of sitting in the balcony to enjoy the view...it's too disturbing.

Walk in to make reservations for 1st day of Chinese New Year coz many shops will be closed but my reservation was not on the list, lucky was there early & they managed to give us a table. Cons: Breakfasts were not overly varied or interesting to me - but then I was more interested in trying Vietnamese food. I suspect most Nha Trang hotels and restaurants cater for tourists wanting food like they have at home rather than tourists wanting genuine local food. The hotel offered free cocktails to guests in certain rooms, of which we were ones. However the 6 cocktails on offer did not change during the 8 nights we stayed which meant their offer lost some of its "shine" after a few nights. It was not unusual to find the hotel had no available towels when we went to the pool - I think they need to improve their towel issuing system as I suspect alot of guests were taking the towels to the beach.

We won a deluxe room upgrade, no words to describe the splendid seaview. Other points to mention are: the impeccable cleanliness, the excellent breakfast (it's like a banquet), the beach access is through a tunnel - something that is differential, you will find many restaurants nearby and there is also own restaurant which is very good with amazing view. Well, we had a fantastic experience in Havana Hotel, we highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.

Pros: The view from the room was exceptional. I love sitting at the balcony to enjoy the ocean views at different times of the day. I found housekeeping staff would mop the floor when they were cleaning our room, which I like as well.
Cons: The breakfast was terrible. Nothing I like about the breakfast the hotel prepared. The pasta was greasy and flavorless. The French fries was the worst(it was just served BTW). I spitted it out after taking a bite. It is definitely not the standards of a 5-star hotel. We didn’t bother to have breakfast the second morning even we still had the vouchers.

Cons: The beds are hard but this is pretty standard for Asian hotels. Th is is definitely not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Room was very tired with old fittings. Breakfast was very poor..Not enough variety on offer..no pastries. No variety of fruit. Staff not that happy to assist either. English poor.

Cons: The gym is absolutely awful, the running machine was broken and the cross trainer was squeaky and too rusty to even use properly. The pool bar doesn’t really look like the pictures. Breakfast wasn’t great, lots of Vietnamese choices and some savoury pancakes but not much other options, fruit tasted awful.

Pros: The location was fantastic. The hotel is located in the centre of the city and beach is just 2 min away. I stayed in the Ocean view room and view from the 13th floor where I was just amazing. The staff called Annie who was able to speak Korean a bit was super friendly and certainly has an attitude to serve the customer and accommodate their needs. Appreciate her value to customers!

Cons: 1. The hotel was terrible at arranging the taxi from airport to hotel. For the 2 weeks prior to the arrival, I never had a prompt response from the hotel regarding the taxi arrangement that I requested earlier. I had to request an assistance from other hotel I stayed to contact this hotel to make sure this hotel actually understood my request. And they said there was a policy that they charge the taxi with my credit card detail before arrival, however never send me any link or how to pay the taxi arrangement fee. At the end, I had to find out other means of getting myself and my mum to get to the hotel separately, which was quite an unnecessary fuss. 2. In general, staffs are not really friendly. They look busy, however general impression and attitude that I felt were definitely not something that I expected it would be in the holiday destination.

Pros: View was lovely.
Cons: We booked a king room, and got told that we were upgraded for free on arrival - which sounded great! But the room we were upgraded to was right on the main strip and very noisy with music playing and car noises into the night. We went to use the Starcity beach facilities and ordered a lemon juice, a banana and mango juice, and a beef and green pepper sauce curry. When they arrived, my partner and I ate. As soon as he left for a swim (I was still eating), the staff came and asked me to pay and these 3 items apparently cost 370,000 dong (more than $25AUD!). It seemed clear they waited until my partner left and I was left on my own. When he returned, we questioned the price and were never able to be shown prices on a menu. We later walked back to the hotel and spotted the menus that had prices included and found we had been severely overcharged - more than double the cost if we had walked the 20metres ourselves. I understand you pay some extra to warrant this being a viable business for the hotel, but this was extravagant. Pool was very cold and very outdated, along with the rest of the facilities at the hotel. Needs a renovation. We also got asked to leave before 5pm (when the beach chair facilities were due to close). Will not stay again or recommend to others.

Cons: We booked this time a deluxe room which faced nothing else then the backside of the nextdoor Vinpearl hotel, meaning - unless you close your curtain - about 300 rooms are looking into your room. During the last night one of the neighbouring rooms flooded completely, which spilled into the corridor and back into our room. At 1 AM we were woken up by staff screaming and shouting around which continued for hours throughout the night. From security point of view they should have moved all rooms on the same floor and electricity and water is usually not the best combination. So last night ended up in a nightmare for which no excuse was offered whatsoever. Service at breakfast also was not the same .. coffee is tasteless and eggs were undercooked very morning

The rooftop pool is very convenient and the buffet breakfast was plentiful and very good. This was my second stay at this property and I’ll definitely be back. What stood out the most for me were the super friendly and very helpful receptionists. Lena and Sonia [Xuan] were very knowledgeable, helpful and were very attentive. They both exhibited excellent customer service and made my trip very enjoyable. However, all staff from the restaurant, pool bar hostess to security guards were all super friendly. In fact on the morning of my birthday, the restaurant wrote Happy Birthday on my omelette plate before serving it to me. All around a great hotel with a great staff.

Cons: Our room had some issues but our friends’ rooms were good. Our TV was broken, toilet didn’t flush well and the shower leaked so the bathroom was always very wet. Nothing so serious that we had to complain though. The biggest complaint would be breakfast. It was delicious but was pretty much gone by 8:30am. So if you want to enjoy everything you have to get up quite early.

Cons: Upon entering our room we found it still had not been serviced from last client. Breakfast selection was very poor and most of the cooked selection was only warm. Shower over bath is not a good idea if there is no anti slip mat provided. I think there would be many accidents with older people.

Cons: We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and our room was only half cleaned once, the fridge had nothing in it the whole stay and the one time it did get cleaned I had my necklace taken from my bag. They had left rose petals on our bed and they had left marks on the blanket, then they had tried to charge us for the messy blanket
