Guests consistently praise the hotel's prime location, especially its proximity to Central Park and ease of access to city attractions. Many also highlight the friendliness of the staff and the comfort of the beds. However, several reviews mention disappointment with the value for price, citing high costs for amenities and services that do not meet expectations. Common complaints include outdated rooms, cleanliness issues, small room sizes, and inconsistent service such as lack of housekeeping and slow responses. Despite these negatives, the location remains a standout positive for most guests.
